Account Setup & Branding

Your first step in 1nSpecT is configuring your company profile and branding. This information appears on every report PDF, email communication, and client-facing portal your clients will see.

Logging In

  1. Navigate to app.1nspect.app (or your custom domain if configured).
  2. Enter your email and password, then tap Sign In.
  3. On first login you will land on the Dashboard.
If you do not have credentials, contact your account administrator. Self-service signup is available at the start of a free trial.

Company Profile

Go to Settings → Company Profile to configure your business identity.

Branding

Go to Settings → Branding to customize the visual identity of all client-facing output. Upload a PNG or SVG logo (recommended size: 400 × 120 px, transparent background). This logo appears:
  • In the header of every PDF report
  • In client-facing email communications
  • On the client signing portal

Colors

1nSpecT uses three brand colors across all generated output:
SettingWhere it appears
Primary ColorReport section headers, table borders, primary buttons
Secondary ColorAccent bars, subsection dividers
Accent ColorHighlights, badges, AI-generated content markers
Enter hex values (e.g. #3232A8) or use the color picker. Changes apply to all new PDFs generated after saving — existing published reports are not retroactively updated.

Typography

Set the default font family and size for report body text. The report PDF renderer supports:
  • System fonts (Arial, Georgia, Times New Roman)
  • Google Fonts (loaded at PDF generation time — requires internet on the backend)

Preview

After saving your branding settings, open any inspection and click Generate PDF Preview from the Report Workspace to see your branding applied to a live report.
Go to Settings → Report Design to configure what appears in the running header and footer of multi-page reports. The report header on section pages can include:
  • Company logo (left)
  • Report title and property address (center)
  • Rating legend (I / NI / NP / D) (right)
The footer on all pages includes:
  • Page number (auto-calculated)
  • Company name and license number

Next Step

Once your company profile and branding are saved, proceed to Build Your First Template.
